If your hotel sits outside these zones, a surcharge applies and you pay the driver directly in cash.

Book at least 8 hours before your pickup time so the operator can confirm the driver. For airport arrivals, the driver waits up to 2 hours from your flight landing. Delays beyond that require you to contact the operator to check availability, and extra waiting time incurs additional charges. For hotel pickups, be in the lobby 5 minutes early with your confirmation voucher ready.
