The car arrives at your hotel and you tell the driver where you want to go. He knows Bali and can suggest sites if you arrive without a plan, but the day is yours to shape. A 10-hour window gives you room to move across multiple areas without rushing: enough time to visit a temple, a market, a beach and inland villages if that is what you want, or to spend half the day in one region and explore it slowly. The driver knows which routes avoid the worst congestion and where the tolls are, so the day stays on track without you managing those details.
