The experience

Book this transfer early so you're not scrambling for transport on the day you leave. The pickup happens at your hotel in one of three zones: Nusa Dua (Kampial, Tanjung Benoa, Jalan Pratama, Nusa Dua Beach), Jimbaran (Kedonganan, Kelan, Jl Karang Masa, Jimbaran Beach), or Sanur (Sanur Beach, By Pass Sanur, Mertasari, Danau Tempe, Danau Poso, Danau Tamblingan). The driver arrives in a clean, well-maintained air-conditioned car and speaks English. The route to Bali Airport (DPS) takes around 50 minutes, and the bridge toll is included.

The vehicle holds up to four passengers with luggage, or five with only small bags. If you're traveling with oversized luggage or a surfboard, let the operator know when you book so they can confirm the car will work for your load. Infants sit on an adult's lap. The daily service runs from 6am to 11am, so you can pick the departure time that fits your flight. Just make sure you arrive at the airport check-in counter at least three hours before takeoff.
