The experience
The boat leaves Nafplio's Old Port and heads out along the coastline toward the remote beaches near Xiropigado, where you make the first stop. These coves are only reachable by water, so you're anchoring somewhere most land visitors never see. You'll have time to swim and snorkel in the clear water, with all the gear provided: mask, fins, snorkel and life jacket.
From there the route continues toward the islands of Romvi and Daskalio, off the coast of Tolo. This is where the main snorkeling and swimming window opens up, and where the crew serves a full Mediterranean meal onboard. Between water time and eating, you're getting a sense of the area's history and geography from the captain and host, who speak English or Greek. A GoPro camera and drone are available if you want footage of the day, and a Bluetooth speaker plays music while you're anchored.
The itinerary can shift if weather turns, so the stops might change, but the snorkeling, the meal and the return to port within 4.5 hours stay fixed. You'll need to bring your own swimsuit, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses. A light jacket or shawl is optional depending on the season. Infants can come along (they sit on an adult's lap), and service animals are welcome. Public transport runs near the Old Port if you're not driving.

Is this one for you?Book this private sail if you want snorkeling and swimming without sharing the boat or the meal with other groups. The fixed 4.5-hour window and the captain's knowledge of the remote beaches mean you're getting access to water-only coves and a guided route, not a self-guided anchor-and-explore day.
