Snorkeling in Halkidiki: Private Sailboat with Equipment
Anchor at three coves and snorkel the clearest water without fighting a schedule
A private sailboat day trip in Halkidiki with a captain and crew, snorkeling equipment, SUP boards and stops at Kelyfos, Spalathronisia and Porto Carras. You choose the swim spots and the lunch timing. The seven-hour itinerary shifts based on weather and what you want to do, so no two days follow the same route. Infants must sit on an adult's lap. The trip is not suitable for pregnant travelers or those with cardiovascular concerns.

Step-by-step itinerary
Sail and swim around Halkidiki coast
- Sail to Kelyfos for swimming and snorkeling
- Sail to Spalathronisia and explore Lemos beach
- Optional lunch in Neos Marmaras or nearby
- Navigate south Neos Marmaras coves and swim
- Visit Kameno beach accessible only by sea
The experience
Kelyfos is the first stop, a sheltered cove where the water stays clear enough to see the bottom from the boat. You get snorkeling gear and a mask, and the captain anchors long enough for a real swim instead of a quick dip. From there the yacht sails to Spalathronisia, where Lemos beach narrows to a sand stripe with water on both sides. The kind of place you cannot reach by car. The route continues through the south Neos Marmaras coves, including Porto Carras and its Blue Lagoon bay, each one a stop where you can jump in again or stay on deck.
Around midday the yacht pulls into a tavern in Neos Marmaras or another spot you choose together, and you order and pay for lunch while the boat waits. Before heading back, there is one more swim at Kameno beach, which has no road access. The only way there is by sea. The whole day runs seven hours from start to finish. Mineral water, juices and a music system are on board. You bring a towel or use the washing water to rinse off salt. The captain speaks English and adjusts the stops if the weather shifts or you want to linger somewhere longer.
SUP boards and snorkeling equipment are included, so you do not rent them separately. The yacht fuel, all fees and taxes are built into the price. Public transport runs near the departure point if you need it to get there.
