The experience

Dia Island sits in a natural protected area off Crete's coast, and the yacht sails there in the morning to anchor in Agios Georgios Bay. The bay faces away from the wind, so the water stays calm enough for swimming and snorkeling even when the open sea is rough. You bring your own towel and jump in whenever you want: the crew sets up snorkeling gear and fishes from the boat while you're in the water, and dolphins sometimes appear in the bay.

Lunch is cooked on board and served as part of the day. Unlimited bottled water and soft drinks come with the cruise. You bring your own photo ID or passport. The five-hour window gives you time to swim multiple times, snorkel the bay floor, and sit on deck between swims without feeling rushed. Hotel pickup is included, so you don't arrange transport to the boat.
