The experience

The tour splits into two halves: a land route through Zakynthos's viewpoints and villages, then a sea portion where you either book a private speedboat with just you and the guide, or a shared small boat with other travelers. Either way, the driver and guide stay the same person throughout. The land stops include the Monastery of St George, where you can talk to the monks; the Oldest Olive Tree at Exo Hora, which is 2,000 years old; Kampi View Point; and Zante Town. Shipwreck Beach gets its own viewpoint on land before you head to the water.

On the water, you swim and snorkel at Shipwreck Beach itself, explore the Blue Caves and visit hidden gems around the northwest coast. Snorkeling equipment and water shoes are provided, along with bottled water and snacks throughout the day. The guide carries a certified First Aid certification. Transportation is in an air-conditioned vehicle, and the whole experience runs six to seven hours from pickup to return.

Free drone and GoPro footage of your day is included. The operator shoots video and stills with professional gear. A sea scooter adventure is also part of the package if you want it. Specialized infant seats are available for families traveling with small children.
