The experience
The Blue Caves of Nissaki are the centerpiece: turquoise water floods into limestone caverns carved by centuries of waves, and you swim directly inside them. The boat stops at Barbati Beach next, a long pebble strand where the water stays shallow and clear. Most of the morning dissolves here if you want it to. Ipsos Caves come after, smaller and more intimate, tucked into the northeast coast where few land routes reach. Vido Island closes the loop, a quiet anchorage where the water is deep enough to snorkel and the island itself stays mostly empty.
Your skipper speaks English or Greek and knows the timing of each stop, when the light hits the caves best, which beach has the calmest water that day, where the snorkeling is worth the gear. The boat carries snorkeling equipment, so you arrive ready to use it. Beers, wines and soft drinks come aboard, along with snacks. You eat when you want between swims. Five hours is long enough to linger at two or three stops without rushing, short enough to fit around other plans.
The tour departs from Corfu Port in the old harbor. If you're arriving by cruise ship, the port is a 25-minute walk or three-minute taxi ride from the terminal. Your skipper will be waiting at the address you receive when you book. Service animals are welcome, and infants can travel if they sit on an adult's lap. The boat suits all fitness levels: swimming is optional at every stop, and the deck has shaded spots to rest between swims.

Is this one for you?A private boat means your group sets the pace at each stop and the skipper adjusts the route to the conditions and your interests, so families and small groups who want to linger at one cove or skip ahead to another can do both without waiting for a larger tour to move on.

Top questions
What languages is the tour guided in?
Live guide in English and Greek.
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
What are the Blue Caves of Nissaki like when you get there?
The Blue Caves are sea caves carved into the northeast coastline, filled with turquoise water that reflects off the limestone walls. You swim directly into them from the boat, and the water is deep enough to float and explore the cave openings. The color comes from the angle of sunlight hitting the water and the pale sand below.
Can you snorkel at every stop, or only at some of them?
Snorkeling equipment is provided and you can use it at each stop: Barbati Beach, Ipsos Caves, and Vido Island all have water deep enough to snorkel. The skipper will tell you which spots have the best visibility that day and where the seabed is most interesting.
How long does the boat spend at each location?
The itinerary does not fix a set time at each stop. Your skipper adjusts based on the conditions and how long you want to stay. Most travelers spend the longest time at Barbati Beach, where the shallow water and pebble beach make it easy to relax for an hour or more.
If I'm arriving by cruise ship, how do I get to the boat?
Corfu Port is a 25-minute walk from the cruise terminal or a three-minute taxi ride. Your skipper will be waiting at the exact address provided when you book, so you do not need to search for the boat or the departure point.
What drinks and snacks are included?
Beers, wines and soft drinks are included, along with snacks. You can eat and drink at any point during the five hours, between swims or while anchored at a cove.
