The experience

The Calypso leaves Saint Paul's Bay in Lindos in the morning and heads out for six hours of water time across four named bays. Each stop gives you time to swim and snorkel in the shallows. The first is Guns of Navarone Bay near the Acropolis, then Charaki Bay with its soft sand, then Kamares Beach where the seabed holds enough marine life to hold a snorkeler's attention. Snorkeling equipment is on board and included, so you arrive with nothing but a towel and a willingness to get in.

The boat anchors at Agathi Beach for lunch: a full traditional Greek meal served on deck, with seasonal fruit after. One free drink comes with the day (beer, wine or soft drink).
