The day starts with pickup from your Accra hotel or meeting point and a drive to Ada, a coastal town in the greater Accra region where the Volta River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Once there, you visit the local fishing community before boarding a boat for a cruise down the Volta: a stretch of water lined with mangrove and bordered by villages built on stilts.
