The experience
You start with a safety briefing and gear check: the harness fits and the continuous lifeline system gets explained so you understand how it works as you move from one obstacle to the next. Then you're on the courses: zip lines, rope bridges, climbing walls, flea jumps, stirrups, a Tarzan liana swing and a jump into the void. The setup means you stay connected the whole time, so the focus is on the movement itself, not on managing your safety gear between stations.
The three-hour session gives you two hours on the actual obstacles after the instruction period. The courses are designed for adrenaline and the feeling of pushing past what feels comfortable. That's the point. The guide stays with the group and speaks either English or French, so you get the instructions and any encouragement in the language you need.
Public transport runs nearby if you're arriving from central Rouen. The site welcomes children from age 3 upward, though the physical demands vary by course difficulty. If you have spinal injuries, cardiovascular concerns or are pregnant, this activity isn't suitable.
