The experience

The session starts with a conversation about what you want from the pose: standing, sitting, reclining, however you're comfortable. The artist guides you toward something that works, and once you settle into it, the drawing begins. Two blocks of 20 minutes each let you shift slightly if needed, and the artist talks you through the process so there's no awkwardness in the silence. The whole thing takes 90 minutes from arrival to finished drawing.

You choose the medium: pencil, sanguine, charcoal or another option. The size comes in two formats (50x65 centimeters or smaller), so you pick what feels right. When it's done, the drawing rolls into a tube, ready to travel in luggage or ship to an address later. Come alone or bring someone with you. The artist has been working in Toulouse since 2005 and keeps the atmosphere straightforward and low-pressure.
