The ticket in your hand works across two separate parks, and you can move between them the same day or save one for later — it's your call. Disneyland Paris spreads across five themed lands: Main Street U.S.A., Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland and Discoveryland, each one built around a different Disney story. The rides range from gentle dark rides for young kids to coasters that actually make your stomach drop. Character meet-and-greets happen throughout the day, and the nighttime show — Disney Tales of Magic — uses the whole park as its stage.
Walt Disney Studios Park sits in the same resort complex and runs on the same ticket. It's smaller than Disneyland but packed differently: Marvel Avengers Campus, Pixar worlds (Ratatouille, Toy Story, Finding Nemo), and the World of Frozen all sit here. The evening show, Disney Cascade of Lights, plays on a lake with fireworks, water screens and aquatic drones — nothing like the castle show across the way. You choose how many days you want: 2, 3, or 4 consecutive days. Each day you can hop between parks as many times as you want, which means you're not locked into one park if a ride breaks down or a show schedule doesn't work.
The app matters more than you'd think. Download it before you arrive, sync your ticket to it, and you can book restaurants in advance and buy Disney Premier Access for specific attractions — basically a paid skip-the-line option for the most popular rides. The parks are 35 minutes from central Paris by RER A train, so you don't need a car. Bring your ID; they do check it at the gate. If you're traveling with kids under 13, one adult needs to stay with them the whole time. Some attractions have height or health restrictions, so check the app once you're inside for what your group can actually ride.
Your ticket is valid only on the consecutive dates you choose at booking — no changing the dates later, and no name changes either. You can show either a printed ticket or the mobile version on your phone. The parks open and close on a seasonal schedule, and some attractions, shows and restaurants only run certain times of year, so check what's running before you book your dates.
