After the vineyard walk, you move to the tasting. The guide teaches you the different stages of tasting (how to observe, smell and taste), while you work through three unique cuvées en primeurs. This is a moment built for sharing and conversation, not a rushed sampling. The whole experience runs 90 minutes, and the activity takes place partly outdoors, so dress for the weather. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means you'll join the tasting portion only, not the vineyard walk.
