The experience

This is not a guided tour. You and your team get a smartphone app, a game code, and a set of missions, then you move through Bastia's oldest neighborhoods on your own schedule, stopping to solve puzzles and capture photos that prove you completed each challenge. The game starts at St. Nicholas Square, the city's main landmark, and pulls you through the narrow streets of Terra Vecchia into the Old Port, where the atmosphere shifts between centuries-old stone and the working harbor. You're racing against the clock and against other teams in your group, but the real point is the time spent together figuring things out.

The missions mix history and observation: some ask you to find a specific detail on a building or answer a question about Bastia's past, others are pure team challenges that test how well you work together. Photography is built in. You'll take pictures to prove you've completed tasks, which means you leave with a record of the day. The whole thing takes about 2 hours, and because you set the pace, you can linger at a café or take a detour if something catches your eye. Support is available by phone or live chat if you get stuck, and the app works on any smartphone with a data connection.

What’s included

  • Free app download.
  • unique game code sent to your team.
  • 2-hour game scenario with puzzles and photo missions.
