The experience
The tour starts with pickup from your hotel and a drive to Santa Claus Village. Once there, you visit the Elves' Post Office to send greetings with an official Arctic Circle stamp, then move on to the ceremonial Arctic Circle crossing. A moment the legends say brings a lifetime of joy to those who pass through. After that comes the main event: a visit to Santa's office to meet the man in red himself, with time to explore the village, grab coffee, and browse the gift shop.
The animal portion begins with a 500m reindeer sleigh ride led by a professional musher, followed by a 300m walk to Husky Park. There you'll meet the dogs and watch them play in the snow before a safety briefing and a 2km husky sleigh ride through the icy landscape. The huskies pull hard and love the work.
