A 60-minute guided tour of Lancaster Spirits Co. takes you through the full whisky-making process (brewing, distilling, maturing and bottling) all on a single site. You'll sample gins, vodkas and new-make spirit, then finish with single malt drawn directly from the cask. A Firecracker G&T arrives when you do. The tour runs from 2pm to 3pm and is open to ages 18 and over with valid ID.

The experience

Lancaster Spirits Co. operates as both a brewery and distillery on one site, so the tour moves through each stage of spirit-making without leaving the building. You start at Lancaster Brewery, the sister company where everything begins, then follow the process through distilling, maturing and bottling. An expert guide walks you through the vision behind the spirits and explains how the operation works at each step.

The tasting comes at the end and covers a range of what the distillery makes: gins, vodkas and new-make spirit, then single malt samples drawn directly from the cask. The Firecracker G&T greets you on arrival, so you're tasting from the moment you walk in. The whole experience runs 60 minutes and finishes by 3pm.
