The Experience

You start by learning the history of gin, the different styles, and how distillation works, then move into the hands-on part: choosing your own botanicals from what The Gin Nest offers, using the traditional copper pot still to create your blend, and designing a label for your bottle. The whole process takes around two hours, and you leave with a 500ml bottle of gin you made yourself.

Alcoholic drinks or soft drinks, tea and coffee are available throughout the experience. The class accepts both individual bookings and groups, so you can book a space for a birthday, a hen party, a rainy-day outing, or any other occasion.
