Gatwick to London Private Limo Transfer Mercedes Meet & Greet
A driver waiting with your name instead of hunting for a taxi rank
Private Mercedes transfer from Gatwick Airport to any London hotel, with a chauffeur meeting you in the terminal and assisting with luggage. The service monitors your flight for delays, includes up to 60 minutes free waiting time at the airport and 20 minutes at your hotel, and offers Wi-Fi and bottled water on board. Choose your vehicle size: a luxury sedan, E-class sedan, Sprinter van, or V-class SUV.
The Experience
The chauffeur meets you directly in the terminal with a personalized sign, handles your luggage, and guides you to your private Mercedes. You avoid the queue for a taxi or the wait for a shuttle. Instead, you walk out and find someone already there with your name. The vehicle is climate-controlled, stocked with Wi-Fi and bottled water, and the driver uses live traffic updates to navigate around congestion. The journey to central London typically takes around two hours depending on traffic and your exact destination.
Real-time flight monitoring means the service adjusts if your plane lands early or runs late, so the car is ready when you are. You get up to 60 minutes of free waiting time at Gatwick if you need to collect checked bags or make a phone call before departing, and another 20 minutes of free waiting at your hotel or any London pickup point. All fees and taxes are included in the price. There are no hidden charges added later.
For the return journey, the driver arrives 15 minutes early and notifies your hotel reception upon arrival. They assist with your luggage and ensure a smooth departure to the airport. If you're traveling with an infant, specialized seats are available. Service animals are welcome on board.

Top questions
Do I need to arrange anything before the driver picks me up at Gatwick?
No. You provide your flight details and hotel address when you book, and the service monitors your flight automatically. The chauffeur will meet you in the terminal with a sign bearing your name, so you simply look for them after you clear customs and collect your bags.
What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
The service tracks your flight in real time and adjusts the driver's departure accordingly. You won't pay extra for delays, and the driver will be ready whenever you land, whether that's ahead of schedule or behind it.
How much luggage can I bring, and is there a charge for extra bags?
The Mercedes sedan options fit standard luggage for one or two passengers. The Sprinter van and V-class SUV accommodate larger groups and more bags. The chauffeur assists with loading and unloading, and there are no extra charges for luggage.
Can I choose a specific route, or does the driver decide?
The driver uses live traffic data to pick the fastest route, but you can request a scenic route or a specific way if you prefer. Let the driver know your preference when you meet them or mention it in your booking notes.
What's included in the price, and what costs extra?
The price covers private transportation, the chauffeur's assistance, Wi-Fi, bottled water, air conditioning, and all taxes and fees. The 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport and 20 minutes at your hotel are included. No hidden charges are added.
