The experience
The activities happen in 850 acres of woodland and gardens at Ashton Court Estate, a short walk from Clifton Suspension Bridge and the bars and restaurants of Clifton Village. You'll start with the TreeTops High Ropes Challenge: a woodland course built around climbing, ziplines, suspended walkways and tree-to-tree zips at different height levels, so people in your group can pick what suits them. The whole thing takes roughly an hour and a half and is designed to get everyone laughing and working together, not to leave anyone out.
After the ropes course, the group moves into Situation Survival, where teams split up to crack codes using maps, build and light a fire, and figure out how to survive in the woods. It's escape-room logic applied to the outdoors. The challenge finishes with an axe throwing competition, then the whole group gathers around a fire for marshmallows. A live guide in English runs the activities throughout. On site you'll find parking, two cafes and toilets.

What exactly is the TreeTops High Ropes Challenge?

The operator offers alternative activities like axe throwing so everyone stays involved and has something to do. Speak to the guide about any concerns before the day starts.
