The experience

An air-conditioned vehicle picks you up from your hotel and brings you to Na'ama Bay, where you board the glass bottom boat. The boat's transparent hull lets you watch the reef life below without entering the water: brain coral, schools of fish, and the layered gardens of the seabed pass beneath you as you stay seated and comfortable on deck.

The route moves from the Coral Reef into the Near Garden and then the Far Garden, each section showing a different part of the reef system. The brain coral here is among the largest in the world, and the density of fish life changes as you move through each zone. A guide travels with you and speaks English, Spanish, Italian, French or one of two additional languages, pointing out what moves below and answering questions about what you are seeing.

The boat returns to Na'ama Bay after roughly two hours, and your driver takes you back to your hotel. Mineral water is provided during the excursion, and all entrance fees and transfers are covered in the price.
