The Experience

The cruise picks you up from your Aswan hotel, train station or airport and drives you to the boat. An evening disco party runs on deck. Dinner is served on board.

Day two starts with breakfast, then a horse and carriage ride to Edfu temple (the Temple of Horus). You return to the boat, which continues sailing toward Esna, passing through the famous Esna lock. Local Egyptian tea is served on the sun deck. The boat arrives in Luxor around 6 pm and moors overnight. Lunch and dinner are included. Kom Ombo temple is visited on the first evening as the boat stops there at sunset, then continues to Edfu.

On day three, breakfast is served on board before disembarkation around 8:30 am. A transfer takes you to your destination in Luxor. Optional add-ons — the West Bank (Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut temple, Colossi of Memnon), East Bank (Karnak temple, Luxor temple), or a hot air balloon flight — can be arranged for an extra cost. Abu Simbel and Philae temple in Aswan are also available as paid extras.
