The tour starts in the immersive exposition downstairs, where an audioguide with professional voiceover and 3D sound takes you back to the moment pilsner revolutionized beer 180 years ago. You'll see how the first brewmaster worked, taste your first beer in the middle of it, and then walk through the actual brewing processes: the hot brewhouse where the beer is made, the chilly cellars where it ages. Before you leave the storytelling floor, there's a 360° game hall where you can test what you've learned. Then the tour moves upstairs to the iconic Beer Hall, where two more tastings arrive served by tapsters who can show you the technique of a perfect Czech pour. The foam matters as much as the beer itself. If you want to stay longer, the brand shop lets you personalize a hand-engraved beer mug or order a bottle with your name on it to take home.
