The experience
How do you fit three islands, two swims and a sit-down tasting into a morning? A speedboat cuts the travel time between stops, so you spend four hours moving between the water and the islands themselves rather than sitting in transit. The day starts at the Sea Organ in Zadar (a structure built into the waterfront that produces sound from wave motion), then heads out to Osljak Island, where the turquoise water at the pebble beach is shallow enough for a relaxed swim. Snorkeling gear is provided, so you can drop below the surface without arranging equipment separately.
From there, the boat crosses to Galevac Island, where a 10-minute walk reaches the Franciscan Monastery of St. Paul the Hermit and a second swim in Laguna bay. The route then swings past Preko village on Ugljan Island: a larger island with medieval architecture and cafes where you can grab a snack or homemade ice cream if you want (at your own cost). The final leg takes you to a family-run fishing village for the tasting: organic seafood, premium olive oil and regional wine, all prepared by the local fisherman's family who explain their traditional methods as you eat. A speedboat brings you back to Zadar afterward.
Three purchase options let you choose between a standard speedboat holding up to 12 passengers or a premium version with fewer people on board. Children from age 3 are welcome, though infants must sit on an adult's lap. Docking fees (15€ per adult, 10€ per child, paid in total across all stops) are separate from the tour price, as are tips and any hotel transfers you arrange outside the booking.

Is this one for you?Choose the standard speedboat if you're comfortable in a group of up to 12 and want the best value. Pick the premium option if you prefer fewer people and a quieter experience on the water. Either way, the four-hour window fits a morning or early afternoon without eating into the rest of your Zadar day.

Top questions
Can children come?
Yes. Ticket types: Child (3 to 11 years). Children under 3 can't be included in the booking.
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
What is the smallest inhabited island in Croatia, and what can you actually do there?
Osljak Island is the smallest inhabited island in Croatia, small enough to walk around in 20 minutes. You swim in the turquoise water at a pebble beach and snorkel in the same bay with provided equipment.
Can I snorkel on this tour, or is it just swimming?
Snorkeling equipment is provided for free, so you can explore the underwater world at both Osljak and Galevac islands during the swim stops. No experience is required.
What exactly happens at the tasting, and who prepares the food?
A local fisherman's family hosts the tasting, serving organic seafood, premium olive oil and regional wine while explaining their traditional preparation methods. It is a sit-down degustation, not a quick sample.
How long is the boat ride between islands, and do I get seasick easily?
The speedboat makes several short runs between the three islands over the four-hour morning. Each crossing is described as a "thrilling ride," so expect active boat movement rather than a slow cruise.
What's included in the price, and what do I pay extra for?
Snorkeling gear, bottled water, safety equipment, insurance and the organic tasting are all included. Docking fees (15€ per adult, 10€ per child, totaled across all stops), tips, refreshments in Preko village and hotel transfers are not.
