The tour starts with entrance to Sensoria and a welcome cocktail, then your guide leads you through the property's four thermal pools in sequence. Each pool has its own mineral composition and temperature, and you move between them on a short, flat walk, 800 meters total, that takes you past the observation platform, El Mirador, where you pause for the panoramic views before continuing to the water. The guide carries walking sticks for anyone who wants them and stays with the group throughout, speaking English or Spanish depending on your preference.

Lunch happens at La Casona, the on-site restaurant, after you've spent time in the pools. You choose from a chicken wrap, vegetarian wrap, gluten-free pasta, or rice with chicken, all served with homemade potatoes, coffee, and dessert. The meal is included, along with fresh fruit available at the pools and natural juices. The whole experience runs about six hours, and because Sensoria limits daily attendance, the group stays small enough that the guide can tailor the pace and stops to what the group wants.

The property operates off the grid and uses sustainable practices throughout. If you book with transfer, pickup and drop-off from your hotel are included.
