Any additional drivers need to be 18 or older with a license. A $500 deposit is due at pickup. You're responsible for any damage to the cart while it's in your care, and late returns are charged at $20 per hour.
The cart stays within Tamarindo, Langosta and Pinilla. You cannot take it outside these areas. Keep at least 50 feet away from any body of water. If you collide with another vehicle, call the office immediately and they'll meet you at the scene to file the report with traffic police and handle the insurance claim.
