The drive to Rio Perdido Resort runs approximately 90 minutes through Guanacaste. If you need to stop along the way (to pick up groceries, buy fresh fruit at a roadside stand, or take pictures), your driver can arrange it. Before you arrive, the driver confirms your hotel reservation and makes sure the resort is ready to receive you, then hands you off to the hotel staff.
