The experience

Day one starts in Cocora Valley, where you hike mountain trails through cloud forest to walk among wax palms: the world's tallest, reaching over 60 meters. Your guide explains the ecosystem and the palms' role as Colombia's national tree. On clear days you may spot an Andean Condor overhead. The pace lets you absorb the landscape instead of moving between viewpoints in a blur.
