The vehicle is air-conditioned with space for luggage, and the driver holds the pickup point for 60 minutes at no extra charge.

The experience

The service starts before you land: the operator monitors your flight, so the driver knows when to expect you. One hour before your arrival, you'll receive the driver's contact details and the exact meeting point. You present your voucher and ID at pickup, and the transfer begins. The vehicle accommodates up to seven passengers depending on which option you book, with a large boot for checked luggage, up to 30 kilograms per person, plus a small carry-on bag. All tunnel fees are included in the price.

The driver waits for 60 minutes at no extra cost if your flight is delayed or you need time to collect bags. If you're arriving outside the 7am–midnight window, a 100 HKD fee applies, payable to the driver on the day. Oversized items like surfboards or golf clubs may incur additional charges, so contact the operator in advance if you're traveling with them. The service runs 24 hours and covers all areas of Hong Kong (the island, Kowloon, New Territories, North District, and remote areas), so wherever your hotel is, the same booking handles the route.

Pets travel free, and infants can ride in a stroller or sit on an adult's lap. Any changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. If your flight is canceled due to weather or other force majeure, the fee is fully refunded.
