The experience

After you book, Point Links reconfirms your details and sends your driver's contact information three to four hours before your arrival. For pickups from the airport, you'll meet your driver at Carpark 1 in the arrivals hall. For transfers to the airport, you provide your meeting location in advance. The driver has your flight details and will be waiting when you land. If you can't find your driver, a 24/7 hotline is available through the booking platform.

The vehicle is a Mercedes V-Class, Toyota Alphard or Toyota Vellfire depending on availability, seating up to six passengers with luggage. You get one hour of free waiting time from your actual arrival, so if your flight is delayed or you need time to collect bags, there's no extra charge. The price covers all bridge, tunnel and highway tolls, fuel and full insurance. The journey takes between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours depending on your destination and traffic.

Service is not available in Repulse Bay, Tai Tam, Sai Kung or Tseung Kwan O. The service suspends during typhoon signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warnings. If you don't show within the free waiting time, the full rate applies as a no-show fee.
