You can visit both the East and West sections (Dong Zha and Xi Zha) or just wander the canals and old stone bridges without a guide or fixed route. Your driver stays with the vehicle and waits for you to finish.

After Wuzhen, the transfer continues to your destination: either a Shanghai downtown hotel or Shanghai Pudong or Hongqiao International Airport, depending on which option you booked. The driver has limited English but knows the pickup and drop-off details. A local English-speaking assistant is available by phone before or during the journey if you need help with directions or timing. Bottled water and highway tolls are included. You pay separately for Wuzhen's entrance fee if you want to enter the ticketed sections.
