The experience
This is not a tasting menu where small plates pile up at one table. Instead, you move to a new restaurant for each course (appetizer, main, dessert), so the meal unfolds across three different kitchens and three different views. The guide handles the logistics of getting everyone from stop to stop. You show up at the first restaurant and follow along. Each course is a full-sized gourmet plate, not a sample, which means you're eating a real dinner spread across the afternoon or evening rather than grazing.
The restaurants are picked specifically for what you see from the table. Some frame the Inner Harbour. Others look toward the snow-capped Olympic Mountains. Bring a camera if you want one: the operator's own description opens with "Get your cameras ready for this one." Local beer and wine pairings are sold separately at checkout if you want them matched to the courses. Without them, you're ordering from the restaurant's regular beverage menu at each stop.
A live guide in English leads the group and manages the pacing. The whole experience runs about two and a half hours from start to finish. The tour is wheelchair accessible, and public transportation options are available nearby if you're not driving. Service animals are welcome.

Top questions
What's the difference between this tour and A Taste of Victoria's other food tour?
The original tour does several smaller tastings at multiple stops. Vistas and Views serves one full course at each of three restaurants (appetizer, main, dessert), so you get a complete three-course meal instead of a series of bites.
Do I need to arrange my own transportation between the three restaurants?
No. The guide leads the group from one restaurant to the next, so you follow along without arranging transport yourself. Public transportation options are available nearby if you prefer to use them.
Are drinks included in the tour price?
The tour price covers the three courses. Beer and wine pairings are available for an extra charge at checkout. Otherwise you order drinks from each restaurant's menu as you go.
What time of day does this tour run?
It operates as either a progressive lunch or progressive dinner depending on the departure time you choose at checkout. The whole experience takes about two and a half hours.
Is there a minimum age for this tour?
Yes, you must be at least 19 years old to participate.
