The experience

The rental counter line disappears when you order before arrival. Instead, you pick the time and place (your hotel room, condo or vacation home anywhere in the Banff area), and a technician shows up to do a custom fitting. The service runs from 8am to 8pm, so you can arrange it the evening before you ski or squeeze it into any gap in your schedule. If something goes wrong with the equipment once you're on the hill, you call the local operator and they handle it.

This package is built for beginner-level skiers. The rental includes skis, poles and boots. Helmets are available to add at checkout. When you're finished skiing, you call to arrange pickup. The concierge swings by and collects everything from your lodging. No return-trip drive to the shop, no closing-time scramble.
