The experience
The rental arrives at your hotel, condo or vacation home between 8am and 8pm on the day you request, fitted to your body and skiing style in the comfort of your room. You pick the time. The concierge works around your schedule. This means you can sleep in, have breakfast, and be on the mountain without ever stepping into a crowded rental shop or waiting for a technician to adjust your boots.
If anything goes wrong with your equipment during your stay (a binding issue, a blunt edge, a strap that won't tighten), a phone call to the local operator gets you support. When you're finished skiing, you call for pickup and the gear is collected from your lodging. The whole transaction stays out of your way.
Rental options run 3, 4 or 5 days depending on your trip length. Helmets are available to add at checkout if you want them included with your skis and boots. The service covers anywhere in the Banff area, though you'll need to confirm your reservation at least 48 hours before your rental date to lock in your gear.
