Your Vespa driver collects you at your hotel at 6 PM and takes you first to a family rice wine distillery, where you taste ten infusions and try some alcoholic jams: a welcome drink to start. Then the night market where locals actually shop: you walk the stalls and try BBQ and grilled insects if you want them (no obligation), plus local fruits and beers. The whole evening moves by Vespa, so you cover ground without the fatigue of a walking tour.

Dinner lands at an authentic Khmer restaurant away from the Pub Street formula, with live singers performing oldies to set the mood.
