The experience

The Royal Palace stands behind walls of pale stone in the center of the city, and you'll see it early in the tour: the stately columns and golden roofs visible even from the street. The genocide sites are harder, and they ask something different of you: they're about bearing witness to a recent history that shaped the country you're walking through.
