The economy van seats up to eight passengers with luggage, and the economy sedan fits up to four. If your group is larger, you can book multiple vehicles at checkout, or contact the operator to arrange a bigger option.

What happens if my flight is delayed and I arrive much later than expected?

The driver will be waiting for you whenever you clear arrivals. There is no time limit on the pickup. Traffic and time of day will affect how long the transfer takes, but the route and drop-off remain the same.

Do I need to arrange anything before I arrive, or does the driver just meet me?

Your booking confirmation includes your name and hotel details, which the driver has. You do not need to contact anyone. Simply head to arrivals after collecting your bags and look for the nameplate. All taxes, fees and handling charges are included in your transfer price.
