The experience

Takeoff happens from Praia Park Acqua Resort's beach, and you lift off walking: paramotor needs less speed than other aircraft, so the ground roll is short and smooth. Once airborne, you sit in a full-visibility seat while the certified pilot handles the wing and engine, flying you over Porto das Dunas Beach and through the airspace above Beach Park. The route follows the coastline to Sabiaguaba Beach, where the river meets the sea, then turns back to land at the same spot where you started.

The whole flight runs 10 minutes. Landing is as gradual as takeoff. The pilot brings you down at a walking pace, and you step out of the harness on the sand. You get the video of the flight, all safety gear, and the pilot's attention throughout. Because this is an outdoor activity, weather calls the shots: if conditions aren't safe on your day, the operator cancels and you reschedule.
