Guarulhos to São Paulo: Executive Van Transfer & Pickup

From Guarulhos Airport to São Paulo Without the Taxi Line

You get picked up at Guarulhos arrivals with a name sign, ride in a climate-controlled van with WiFi, and arrive at your São Paulo destination without negotiating a fare or hunting for transport. The driver handles luggage, the price is fixed before you land, and the van accommodates up to 15 passengers with room for strollers and specialized seats if you need them.

Step-by-step itinerary

Private transfer from GRU to São Paulo

• Meet driver at Guarulhos Airport
• Board luxury executive van
• Travel to São Paulo city

The experience

The moment you clear customs at Guarulhos, your driver is already there holding a sign with your name on it. No hunting for a taxi rank, no negotiating a fare, no wondering if the car is safe. The van is waiting, the price is locked in, and the driver knows exactly where you're headed. That shift from arrival chaos to "someone has this handled" is worth more than you'd think when you're tired and carrying luggage for however many people are traveling with you.

The executive van fits up to 15 passengers comfortably, so whether you're traveling solo, with family, or with a small group, there's room for everyone and their bags without cramming. The vehicle is air-conditioned, which matters in São Paulo's heat, and there's WiFi on board if you need to message someone or check in with work before you hit the city. The drivers are trained and uniformed, which sounds like a small detail until you're the one getting into a car after a long flight and you just want to know it's legitimate.

The transfer works both ways (from your hotel or apartment back to Guarulhos when you're leaving), and the driver will take you to whatever address you give them, not just the city center. If you're traveling with kids, specialized infant seats are available, and strollers fold into the luggage space without issue. The whole point is that you don't have to figure out transport, timing, or whether the driver will show up. It's already arranged, and you just get in.
