The experience
The catamaran leaves at 15:00 for Klein Bonaire, a 45-minute boat ride where you meet the other guests and get an explanation of the snorkeling sites ahead. The first guided snorkel stop happens there, giving you time to explore the reef before the boat moves to the second site along Bonaire's south coast. That second session runs from 17:00 to 17:45 and includes a guide who points out the marine life and talks through what you're seeing in the National Marine Park. All snorkel gear is provided, and a warm shower is available on board after you're done in the water.
Food and drink anchor the afternoon. The open kitchen on board prepares five Caribbean-inspired dishes throughout the trip, and you get a choice of premium alcoholic beverages or non-alcoholic options. A cocktail is part of the experience. The boat itself is brand-new and runs entirely on solar power, which means no fuel smell and no engine noise cutting into the reef.
Pickup from your hotel is optional and can be added at checkout. If you arrange your own transport, you'll meet the boat at the departure point. The national park entrance fee is separate and can be paid ahead on the Stinapa Bonaire website. Beach towels are available to purchase if you need one.

Is this one for you?Choose the pickup option if your hotel is on Bonaire and you'd rather not arrange transport. Book without it if you have your own way to the departure point. Either way, the two guided stops and the open kitchen mean you're in the water and eating within the same afternoon, so the 4-hour window fits a half-day without cutting into the rest of your day on the island.

Top questions
Can children come?
Yes. Ticket types: Child (4 to 14 years); Infant (under 4): free.
What happens if it rains?
It may be canceled due to bad weather. If that happens, you're offered another date or a refund. Free cancellation up to 24 h before the start.
What do the two snorkeling stops actually look like underwater?
Klein Bonaire is a small island with a shallow reef that's easy to explore, and the south coast site in the National Marine Park has deeper sections and more varied marine life. Both spots are guided, so you'll learn what you're looking at as you swim.
Is the snorkel gear comfortable, or should I bring my own?
All equipment is provided and fully operational. If you prefer your own mask or fins, you're welcome to bring them, but the boat supplies everything you need.
How much time do I actually spend in the water?
Each snorkel stop runs 45 minutes, so you get roughly 90 minutes of water time across the two sites, plus the boat ride between them and time on deck for food and drinks.
Can I book this if I'm not a strong swimmer?
The tour is suitable for all fitness levels and both snorkel sites have shallow entry points. The guide is there to help, and you can stay in the shallows if you prefer. Infants must sit on an adult's lap during the boat ride.
What's included in the food and drinks?
Five Caribbean-inspired dishes prepared fresh on board, plus your choice of premium alcoholic beverages or non-alcoholic drinks, including a cocktail. Gratuity is not included and is optional.
