The Experience

The drive from Brussels to Amsterdam takes three hours, and somewhere around hour two, you'll realize you're not just passing through the Netherlands—you're actually stopping at it. After rolling past countryside and windmills, the coach pulls up to Rembrandthoeve, a working cheese and clog farm tucked along the Amstel river.
