Vienna Airport to City Private Transfer: Meet & Greet Service

A driver meets you at arrivals with your name, handles the bags, and takes you straight to your hotel.

A private transfer from Vienna Airport VIE to your Vienna hotel with a professional driver who greets you by name in the arrivals hall, helps with luggage, and includes 60 minutes of free waiting time after you land. The driver is licensed and insured, the rate is all-inclusive with no hidden fees, and bottled water is provided in the vehicle.

The experience

Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall holding a name sign, ready to collect you and your bags the moment you clear customs. The transfer takes about 25 minutes to reach Vienna city hotels, and you get a full hour of free waiting time built in: useful if your luggage takes longer to arrive or you need to use the restroom before heading out. The vehicle is a Business Car, professionally maintained and equipped for up to two passengers traveling together.

The rate you see at checkout is the final one: all airport taxes, parking fees, handling charges and gratuities are already factored in, so there are no surprises when you arrive. Bottled water is provided during the ride. If you're traveling with an infant, a specialized car seat can be arranged in advance. The driver speaks English and knows the route to any address in Vienna you provide.

Top questions

How does the driver know who I am when I land at Vienna Airport?

Your driver holds a name sign in the arrivals hall and greets you by name, so you spot them immediately after you clear customs and collect your bags.

What happens if my flight is delayed and I land later than expected?

The 60 minutes of free waiting time starts from your actual landing time, not your scheduled arrival, so delays don't eat into the complimentary wait period.

Are there any hidden costs added to the price I see when I book?

No. The rate is all-inclusive and confirmed before you book. Airport taxes, tolls, parking fees and handling charges are already built in.

Can I request a car seat for my infant?

Yes, specialized infant seats are available and can be arranged when you book the transfer.
