The balloon is already inflating when you arrive at the launch site in the Yarra Valley, the fabric rippling as the crew works through the pre-flight setup. The flight itself runs about an hour, and you'll spend roughly 3 to 4 hours total from the moment you're picked up until you're back at Chateau Yering Hotel, where the experience ends.
