The experience

You arrive at a stunning location (a secluded beach, creek or mountain spot), and the entire dining experience is already waiting. Hand-woven rugs and plush cushions surround a recycled barn-door table set with hand-built ceramic tableware, crystal glasses and linen napkins. Nothing is disposable. Everything is plastic-free. The operator has handled all the setup, so you settle in immediately and take in the view.

The menu depends on the season and your choice of experience. The sunset mezze platter is designed for sharing and includes handmade cheeses and dips, rustic bread, salt and seed crackers, seasonal fruits, organic olives and local produce. If you book a brunch sitting instead, you get handmade muesli, avocado smash, rustic baguettes, seasonal fruit and cold-pressed juices. Everything comes from local producers. Food and drinks arrive in insulated wicker picnic baskets with ice packs to keep them cool. You bring your own alcohol. Glasses, ice and openers are provided.

The experience lasts around two hours. When you finish, the operator packs everything away: no cleanup on your end. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available if you prefer a chair to cushions, and the location itself is reachable by accessible transport. Most dietary requirements can be accommodated if you mention them when booking.
