The experience

Once you reach the wine region, the bikes go onto a trailer and you board a minibus. This is the pivot: no one loses their driver's license, and the guide takes over the route. You taste at three different venues across the afternoon: the first around 11am, then lunch at 12:30pm (you choose what to eat and pay separately), then a second tasting at 1:45pm.
