The Experience

Skypark Cairns sits 50 metres above a UNESCO World Heritage rainforest with the Great Barrier Reef visible across the horizon. AJ Hackett invented modern bungee jumping in 1988, and this is their only permanent site in the southern hemisphere. On arrival, you'll head to reception and meet the crew, who walk you through a full safety briefing, fit your harness, and talk you through your jump style options. The platform is yours when you're ready.

The 16 jump styles mean no two visits are the same. You can go feet-first in a classic freefall, jump backwards, go tandem with someone else, or take on the Running Roof Jump — a signature move that starts from the roof of the platform itself. The crew will explain each option so you know exactly what you're choosing before you step to the edge. The whole experience takes around two hours from arrival to the moment you walk back down.

Every jump comes with a full photo and video package, so the moment stays with you. You can add media to your booking at checkout, or jump without it and keep the memory to yourself. If you need a ride from Cairns, pickup is included.
