The experience
You start from scratch, no experience needed. The lesson covers the fundamentals of balance, paddling and popping up on the board, then you get in the water to practice. The guarantee is real: if you don't ride a wave for 40 metres by the end, you get your money back. That promise exists because the operator has been teaching this way since 1993 and knows what works.
