The experience
Dreamworld spans two full days of riding and exploring. The park has been rebuilt around new lands and attractions: Rivertown is the centrepiece, home to Jungle Rush (a high-speed ride) and Murrissippi Motors (a nostalgic dark ride), but the park also keeps the wildlife encounters and gentler family attractions that have run here for over 40 years. You move between zones at your own pace, hitting the thrill rides when you want them and taking breaks when you don't. Unlimited access means you can ride the same attraction twice or skip it entirely. The ticket is yours to use across both days however you choose.
On one of your two days, you also get into SkyPoint, the observation deck at the top of the Q1 building in Surfers Paradise. It sits 230 metres above sea level on level 77, and the views sweep 360 degrees across the Gold Coast, the hinterland and out to the ocean. SkyPoint has dining and a bar, so you can spend an hour or half a day there. It's a bonus entry, not a scheduled stop, so the timing is up to you. The park is closed on ANZAC Day and Christmas Day, so check the calendar before you book.
Wheelchair and pram hire is available at Dreamworld. All areas and surfaces are wheelchair accessible. Service animals are allowed. You cannot bring picnic hampers, eskies or cooler boxes into the park, but food and drinks are available to buy inside. Public transport runs to the park, though most visitors drive or take a taxi from their Gold Coast accommodation.

Is this one for you?The two-day format spreads the park across your schedule instead of cramming it into one long day, which works well if you want to hit the thrill rides without rushing through the wildlife encounters and family attractions, or if you'd rather split your time between Dreamworld and exploring the Gold Coast elsewhere.

What is Jungle Rush and how intense is it?
Jungle Rush is the new high-speed ride in Rivertown, Dreamworld's reimagined precinct. It is described as a thrill ride, so it is built for speed rather than for young children or those avoiding adrenaline attractions.
