The whole outing runs 2.5 hours, which leaves room for breakfast before or a late lunch after without eating up your whole day. You'll paddle in a kayak with a lifevest and have bottled water on hand. The guide leads in English, Spanish or Dutch depending on the group, so language isn't a barrier.
