Trivento Winery Tour in Maipú: Three wines and the barrel room
Sip three distinct wines where Mendoza’s three winds shape every grapevine breeze
Trivento Winery Tour is a one-hour guided experience in Maipú where you walk the vineyards and premium winery, then taste three wines by the glass in the barrel room. The winery was founded in 1996 on a 154-hectare estate and takes its name from the three winds that shape Mendoza's climate: Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada. A live guide leads the tour in English, Spanish or Portuguese, and the site is wheelchair accessible.

The experience
The tour starts in the vineyards on Trivento's 154-hectare estate, where the three characteristic winds of Mendoza (Polar, Zonda, and Sudestada) shape how the grapes grow. That wind identity runs through the entire brand, and you'll see it reflected in how the vineyard is laid out and managed. From there you move into the premium winery itself, built to handle 2 million liters of capacity, then down into the barrel room where the wine sits aging.
The tasting happens in the barrel room: three wines by the glass, poured as you stand among the barrels. A live guide in your choice of English, Spanish or Portuguese walks you through each one and explains what you're tasting. The whole experience runs about an hour, and the site is wheelchair accessible. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. You'll be on your feet moving between the vineyard, the cellar and the barrel room.
